Terms of payment
Within the Republic of Austria, the goods are delivered and the customer is sent an invoice. However, we reserve the right to deliver the goods COD, against prepayment or against partial prepayment (in case of manufacture to the customer’s specifications). To all other countries, delivery will be COD or against prepayment.
We cannot accept cheques.
Payment by credit card: we accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Diners Club International and JCB International. In case of payment by credit card, the invoiced amount will be charged to your credit card account in Euros within 7 days after the goods have been dispatched.
If you state your valid VAT Identification Number, the delivery will be exempt from VAT.
In the panel „A note to us” (“Eine Notiz an uns”) or in choosing a method of calculating the VAT, click “Exempted from VAT” (“MwSt befreit”) and enter your VAT Identification Number in the appropriate place in the appearing panel.
